multiplier

What if thousands of ministry leaders and teams around the U.S. were serving faithfully, fully, all the while with an unspoken and unclear Holy discontent? You know that sense you were made for something more, but unsure what that looked like? And maybe you don’t feel you have all that is needed to step into a pastoral or leadership role.

I believe God is at work.

Calling.

Nudging.

Pulling us towards leading in His church. Teaching His word. Making disciples.

Maybe the mega church movement was used by God to create thousands of future church pastors and leaders? What if all the victors and casualties of the church were meant to multiply out and shepherd their own congregations but stopped short of that next step.

God is trying to get our attention. To prepare us for nationwide urgent tidal wave and need for pastors and leaders.

Think about it. Pray about it. If you want to talk about what it looks like to serve in the church and then transition to pastoring and leading I’d be happy to start a conversation.

Sensing a huge need is right in front of us. And we may not even see it yet. We are The Church. God promised to build His Church. We just have to step forward and say here I am.

hank you Michael Hall for believing in and encouraging me. God used you in a huge way to allow me to hear and see this calling. Nate Echelberger and Scottie Blackwell for showing my what living fully looked like. Tim Hawks for leading with conviction and intentionality for the day we will stand before Christ to give an account. Thank you Brian Scott Lightsey for your words of wisdom and grace in allowing me to explore next steps in this journey.

Thank you Alan SplawnTierce Green, Chris Ryan, B J Janet Rutledge, and Michael Ramirez for modeling what living fully for God looked like. I learned a ton from how you guys led, loved, and lived out your calling. Thank you Conn McWhorter for praying “I would sell out for Christ and God’s kingdom” as I considered heading back into the corporate world. Thank you Darrell Nickles for stepping out from Walk in the World to start your own church. Kerry & Chris Shook for allowing a raw, unfinished, young person step into ministry and graciously invest. Truly learned a ton from each of you.

And many more friends and family who are investing. Grateful to serve alongside.
